Project Requests

Below are some examples of previous commissions I have done. To request a custom project please submit the form at the link above. Don't forget to include as much detail as possible, like how the art will be used, and your timeline for the project. You may upload up to 1GB of data. FAQs are also provided to assist you with basic questions that may come up. 

How do I request a commission?

1. Complete the request form and submit as much information about your project as you can. 

2. I will review it and contact you to discuss ideas and cost.

3. If you want me to bring your design to life a $50 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of commission.

4. Design work is $100 minimum which includes up to 4 hours of design work. The vast majority of work falls in this range. If your design looks like it will exceed that amount of time an estimate will be provided. Any work over the minimum is charged at $35/hr.

5. Once complete you will be provided with your design and can request revisions if you wish. I request that the revisions be limited to 2 and there is no additional charge/time for making them.

6. If you are satisfied then the balance (minus deposit) will be due. If you ultimately do not like the design you will only be out the deposit. 

7. I will email you a PNG file of your design. When you go to production if any adjustments are needed to accomodate the design please contact me. I am happy to make them and they are also included in the cost.

How many revisions will you do?

Included in the original quote, I will allow you 2 opportunities to request revisions. I will also make any adjustments needed for production of your design.

What happens to the original file?

The design is made just for you and will not be used by me for any other projects. I do reserve the right to post it on my social media and include it in my portfolio, but the design is unique to you.

Can I get a tee shirt of my design?

If you would like a tee shirt of your design I am happy to post it on my Tee Public store for you and will remove it once you have received it. When I post a design it goes on sale for several days so you can also get it at a discount. My commission on Tee Public is only $2 so all other costs are for the production of the shirt and the website, not me.
